I'll review your content with a fresh pair of eyes to ensure it's up to the job before it's published.   

Working together - three steps to success

1. Exploration

You get in touch with me via the Contact page, giving me a brief description of your needs. I'll schedule a call, and we'll have a short Zoom chat. We'll discuss your requirements, pricing and see if we're a good fit for working together. After the call, I'll send you a proposal and quote along with an agreement. You'll then let me know if you're happy to move forward, and then we're off.

2. Creation

We'll kick things off with another call, or an emailed questionnaire, to ensure I understand the full scope of the project and its goals. I'll then get to work on crafting the words, keeping you informed throughout the process and asking any follow-up questions as needed.

I'll deliver a draft within the agreed time frame. We can discuss revisions via phone, Zoom or email, and I'll revise the work until you're happy.  

3. Close-out

I'll send you the final version, along with the closing invoice due within 15 days of receipt. We can then celebrate a job well done and great teamwork.
